Dr Maria El Khoury graduated from Saint-Joseph University, School of Dentistry – Beirut, Lebanon.
She holds a postgraduate Diploma in Oral Pathology from St. Joseph University and is now working on a PhD in pediatric dentistry.
She also completed a certificate in Pediatric dentistry from the Lebanese University- Beirut (Lebanon) and an advanced diploma in Pediatric Dentistry from Dental College- Beirut (Lebanon).
She accomplished advanced training at the oral pathology department at Pitié Salpetrière Hospital in Paris.
Dr El Khoury holds a certificate in Endodontic treatment of immature and permanent teeth from Endo-Académie- Paris (France) and a Certificate in Nitrous Oxide Sedation.
She is currently “Teaching Assistant” at the Oral Medicine and Maxillo-facial Radiology department at Saint Joseph University- Beirut.
Dr El Khoury is an active member in the continuing education committee and the international committee at St Joseph University- Beirut (Lebanon).
She is also an active member in the organizing committee of the Beirut International Dental Meeting (BIDM) at the Lebanese Dental Association.
She is a member of the Lebanese Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the International Association of Dental Traumatology and the IADT Information and Newsletter Committee.
She owns a private clinic in Beirut and has given several local and international lectures on oral pathology and pediatric dentistry.
