Monaco Carlo

Associate Professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. Director of the Master in “Prosthetics and implant prosthetics: traditional and digital technologies”.

Graduated in 1992 in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Bologna.

In the years 2000-03 he was Visiting Researcher at the karyology department of the School of Dental Medicine of the University of Geneva.

In 2003 he obtained a Master in Science and in 2005 a Ph.D. in dental materials at the University of Siena.

In 2005, 2008 and 2009 and 2018 he won the first AIOP prize for the best research in the prosthetic field.

In 2006 he obtained two first prizes at the CONSEURO international conference.

In 2013 he obtained his PhD in Materials Science at the Faculty of Engineering. of the University of Bologna. In 2017 he obtained the National Scientific Qualification for First Band for the scientific disciplinary sector MED/28.
