This presentation and hands-on will analyses the complex interactions between tissues and implant prosthetic emergence profile. It will be focused on the tissue biology and clinical observations, both from a surgical and prosthodontic point of view. It will be presented as a route from the connection to the aesthetic emergence of the crown, at the buccal side, giving an updated knowledge of tissue and bone needs. It will disclose the concept of the “closed chamber”, dealing with the facial oral pressure equilibrium, to gain optimal control of the final result and its stability over time. But it’s not all, in the hands-on we will focus on how to successfully transfer all these concepts into the final restoration.
