The concepts of the B.O.P.T. technique they have also been transferred to the implant field with the creation of millable vertical abutments. An accurate pre-operative digital analysis which can now be easily carried out via CBCT and optical impression allows us to study the bone thickness of the extraction socket as well as the thickness and height of the soft tissues in order to relate them to the ideal values \u200b\u200bof the peri-implant phenotype and possibly correct them already in the first phase surgical. The analysis of the site also allows the implant to be programmed with a post-extraction procedure of type 1,2,3 and to be positioned in a prosthetically guided manner.
