Marconcini Simone

MarconciniGraduated in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics at the University of Pisa in 2004, he specialized in “Oral Surgery” in 2020 at the same university.
He obtained a master’s degree in Nanotechnologies Applied to Bone Reconstruction (University of Genoa) in 2006 and a master’s degree in Advanced Implantology (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia) in 2012. He also carried out an international research doctorate which ended in 2010, at the end of a course held at the Universities of Genoa, Marburg and Toronto.
He has more than 60 scientific publications in important international journals, many Italian journals and is the editor of the journal: “Prevention”, Italian edition, Dental Tribune International.
He has participated in numerous national and international congresses as a speaker, has received various national and international awards and is responsible for the research group of the Tuscan Dental Institute.
In fact, in 2018 he was the winner of a coveted international award from the IADR (International Association of Dental Research) “Philps Oral Healthcare Young Investigator Research Grand” with a project concerning the health of diabetic patients and the possibility of receiving dental implants.
Furthermore, he directs the Master in Implantology at the UniCamillus University of Rome in collaboration with the Tuscan Stomatological Institute and carries out his freelance activity in Pisa. Specialized in oral surgery, he mainly deals with advanced surgery, gingival reconstruction (Pinhole technique), implantology, prosthetics and aesthetics.
