The DDS Italian Congress will offer 10 CE credits and will discuss digital technologies for daily practice, intraoral scanners, CT cone beams (CBCT), lasers and Cad-Cam software for computer-aided manufacturing.

In the DDS Congress held on Thursday two men, Carlo Mangano (San Raffaele University in Milan and lecturer in Murcia and Granada, Spain) and Giuseppe Luongo (Naples, Italy), will moderate for female speakers, Ioana Datcu who will lecture on “digital thinking” and Reinhilde Jacobs who will discuss the challenges of the patient’s “virtual creation” and artificial intelligence (radiomics). Mangano will then lecture on optical impressions on implants in the full-arch, Fabrizia Luongo (Rome) on guided surgery and Simona Tecco (Milan) who together with Alessandro Nota will discuss TMJ disorders. In the afternoon, Henriette Lerner (Baden Baden, Germany) will explore artificial intelligence in digital dentistry. She will be followed by Matteo Valoriani (Fifth Ingenium), Stefano Granata (Milan, Italy) who will speak on highly esthetic implants, Alessandro Cucchi (Milan, Italy) discussing bone regeneration, Giuseppe Marano (Rome, Italy) on the subject of minimal invasiveness and two “live demos” on digital workflows by Milos Mladinov (Murcia, Spain) and Tommaso Porrà (Timisoara, Romania).

But that’s not all! Zembic, teaching and research assistant at the Universities of Bern and Zurich, will explore implant restorations over time, illustrating clinical cases and recent data on peri-implantitis while Kianor Shah shows an alternative approach to All-on-X.

Finally on Saturday, June 11th in the Plenary Session, moderated by the National Scientific Secretary, AIO Vincenzo Musella and by Louis Hardan director of the Master’s program at the University of Beirut, will host speakers of the caliber of Lerner, Margvelashvili, and Musella himself (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy ) as well as Claudia C.
